- 220g flour
- 150g sugar
- 115g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in the egg.
- Add flour and cream of tartar.
- Roll dough balls in cinnamon sugar and bake at 175C for 10 minutes.
