Ingredients
- 230g flour
- 80g crushed graham crackers
- 150g brown sugar
- 130g butter
- 1 egg
- 100g chocolate chunks
- mini marshmallows
Method
- Cream butter and sugar, then add the egg.
- Mix in flour, graham and chocolate.
- Top each cookie with marshmallows.
- Bake at 180C for 12 minutes.
