Ingredients
- 220g flour
- 20g cocoa
- 150g sugar
- 120g butter
- 1 egg
- red food colouring
- 100g white chocolate chips
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in the egg and colouring.
- Mix in flour, cocoa and chips.
- Bake at 175C for 11 minutes.
